Nickle Plated Brass Gland - IP68 Rating
Application:
This innovative metal gland stands apart from traditional options with its IP68 rating, superior strain relief, and corrosion-resistant nickel-plated brass. Featuring a unique ‘camera shutter’ design for cable protection, it is fully insulated with a plastic insert and a neoprene seal for fluid-tightness, making it ideal for unarmoured PVC, XLPE,
and other synthetic cables.

Polyamide 6 insert – (self-extinguishing)
Neoprene seal – (self-extinguishing)
Neoprene O-Ring – (self-extinguishing)
Continuous operating temperature
-20 to 100°C
Chemical resistance:
Resistant to normal organic solvents, minerals, animal
and vegetable oil and fat, and petrol.
